He may be to only being with knowlege of the passphrases needed to unlock these arcane librams!
You delve into a large room within the library marked "Current Campaigns". In here you find several of Gizzlgib's aprentices pouring over the latest research and texts, peering into glowing orbs, disassembling otherworldy automata, analyzing potions via strange alchemical apparatus and one napping on a chaise clutching a fist full of papers. Feel free to peruse the tomes and scrolls sprawled about the large tables.
